The health of our world has never been more important than it is today. Our health is under unprecedented attack with growing environmental stressors such as air pollution, toxic chemicals, and natural disasters. Gerstenberg.clinic believes in equipping people with the tools needed to live at the peak of their potential. This means not only battling emerging diseases but also offering preventative care that equips people to live life to the fullest.
This scholarship aims to support students who are pursuing careers in human healthcare professions so they can make the world a safer and healthier place to live.
Student Requirements:
- From Southeast Texas: Jefferson, Orange, Hardin, Chambers counties.
- Human Healthcare Sciences Student: Either current major or major of interest for highschool seniors. See below for examples.
- GPA of at Least 3.0: A transcript will be requested upon selection of finalists via email.
- Education Level: Highschool seniors, undergraduate or graduatate programs.
- Selection Criteria: Ambition, Impact, Drive.
Submission Requirements:
Record a video of yourself answering at least one of the following questions:
- How do you plan to contribute to the medical community?
- What is a developing medical therapy or treatment that you find interesting?
- How have you grown as a person through your personal health journey?
- How have personal experiences affected your career path choice?
Video must be between 1-5 minutes.
At the end of the video, please say, “This video is an entry for gerstenberg.clinic’s 2023 Future of Wellness Scholarship.”
Upload your video to YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram. Make it public, so we can share the video.
Tag "@gerstenberg.clinic" or "@gdotc" on your upload in the video comments. Must tag us for entry to be valid.
